KMak is the Founder, CEO and Executive Creative Director of RogueXD® .  He has 3 decades experience in the creative industry, from which he has amassed vast experience. He gained his experience working in various capacities; ranging from hands on / elbow grease to management positions in the following areas: illustration; print and digital Graphic Design; print production management; Advertising; Digital content creation; web design; Television / video Documentary and Commercial filming; Editing and Production; production management; Concept Development; Art Direction; Creative Direction; Creative and Business Strategy, as well as being a Business Owner and  Entrepreneur, a husband and a father. 

KMak is the Author of “RIDING THE CONSUMER”, a  book which bridges the gap – between commercial creatives and corporate executives. The book promotes general understanding of the significance of commercial art and design and the value of a trained creative in elevating what would otherwise be pretty images  to a powerful strategic business tool. KMak’s network by direct and Partner associations, spans across creative, industrial and financials sectors as well as various other business and social areas.

KMak is also the founder of The Cranium Creative Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd; a creative think tank which is focused on experimenting with creativity, innovative concepts and general inventiveness beyond commercial communication and branding; developing and producing solutions / tools for social and other developmental needs, including educational materials.

Shingie Ndawana

Shingie Ndawana has worked with some of the biggest names in Entertainment and in business. His work ethic, vision, and integrity have paved way for his success and the success of those around him.  Always on the lookout for bigger and more challenging platforms.

Prior to Joining RogueXD, Shingie spent 10 years in Dubai where he has worked in the Close Protection, Events Management, Entertainment and Advertising industries. 

Some of the projects he has managed or worked on include, The Dubai Rugby Sevens World Cup, The Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix, The Meydan Royal Horse Racing Event, numerous international music concerts featuring Artists such as Akon, Kylie Minogue, Kanye West and Rihanna. He has also worked on Commercials for BMW Middle East, Dodge Middle East and Toyota Middle East amongst others. 

Shingie is also an International Business Consultant helping companies re-define their brands through the lens of an ever more powerful popular culture.

Michelle Nickelson

Ms Michelle Nickelson is Managing Director, MENA CineFinance; an entertainment investment fund; The company operates from Dubai, UAE. She is also owner of Forevergreen, a Medical Marijuana as well as hemp and CBD organic products company.

Michelle has spent the last 15 years in the Middle East developing entertainment projects while garnering hands-on knowledge of investment practices in the region. She also volunteers her time to several UAE Charities that are supported by members of the UAE Royal Families. These include “Make a Wish”, “The Abu Dhabi Autism Center”, “The Abu Dhabi Wildlife Centre”, “The Emirates Literary Foundation”, and Zayed Women’s University. She has brought Hollywood talent to many of these events in support of the charities.

Prior to setting up in the Middle East, Michelle was Head of Business Development for Manex Entertainment, a two-time Academy Award-winning visual effects studio. Manex took home Oscars for Best Visual Effects for “The Matrix” and “What Dreams May Come”. While at Manex, she developed several large investment projects and was involved with raising funds. 

Ms. Nickelson began her career in the investment business at Columbia Finance in Beverly Hills, and Dae Woo Securities in Los Angeles, specializing in entertainment companies. She then stepped into the entertainment industry as an assistant to film producer Jerry Weintraub at Warner Brothers Studios.
